first period in the history of VOGUE Australia begun as british Vogue's supplement magazine called "Vogue supplement for Australia" and was held from autumn/winter 1955
to autumn/winter
1957. It was published
in London by Conde
nast Publications.
In 1959 it becomes a stand alone publication held in australia and the head office went from London to Sydney.
Number #1 started with Spring/Summer title.
